The artwork for it was symbolic as the iceberg represents the mind as to what you can see and what you cannot. (subconscious)

the steins (and future mugs etc) though will not ship to these areas, the suppliers have problems as the products are stolen, lost etc on a high enough basis that most are refusing to ship to these areas.
