Iāve had a back problem since I was a kid - a certain anatomical slight deformity - one leg is slightly bigger than the other

my hip problem was getting worse over time (but now I clearly understand that it was due to not following the principles of ergonomics in the workplace and at home)
There were recurrent pains, I felt constant discomfort in my back
I went to the doctors
Some time ago I had an MRI and the ātraditionalā doctor said straight to my face - āyou need to accept the situation, itās a problem with most people, you have a serious hernia formedā.

he referred me to a neurosurgeon for consultation (next month), and even advised to do a medical drug blockade, which will stop the pain for a while
Of course, I did not give up - in addition to the Captainās Fields, Fitness 360, Swimmer - I did certain therapeutic exercises, they are quite effective, and I would recommend them to anyone who is not actively engaged in sports and who has a sedentary job and sedentary lifestyle
Just recently, a friend of mine (he is a cardiologist), advised me a serious specialist osteopath (from my country)
But the waiting list was miles long (a few months).
the day of the appearance of this NFT (yes, that day) - I got a call from the clinic and was told that there was an opening for this specialist
it was today

itās really lucky and fortunate when you feel discomfort for a long time - and boom, itās gone
(I have to do certain exercises every 2 hours, but they take a few minutes)
It stabilizes the bone.
Of course I have a few more appointments with this specialist.
He has to assess the results.
(+ self-care - but what I wrote about in the Embassy of Beauty thread - already in my room, so ergonomics is cool too )

Yes,you are right I donāt missuse these mandalas, I know that is forbidden by karmic laws.I feel that they are very highly impregnated with many good vibrations especially the healing mandalas. I use just for me in a radionic app called Chi energy and I feel that works.I respect a lot Sapien medicineās work and I am not implicated in black market.I am a yoga practicant and I know what is karma. I donāt sell or trade any audios or mandalas.I know that are some guys who do that but it is their karmic problems.
