now it’s time for my little story - it’s very cool how events unfolded with the emergence of this particular NFT
I’ve had a back problem since I was a kid - a certain anatomical slight deformity - one leg is slightly bigger than the other
it’s completely invisible, and up to a certain time it wasn’t a problem (you move a lot in your university years - then comes a more static life - office work and excuses about lack of time for the gym - although I used to love to swim)
I’ve talked about this many times in various threads - that’s why the Fitness 360 and Swimmer projects have been very important to me - they really are tremendously powerful projects to keep all body systems toned
my hip problem was getting worse over time (but now I clearly understand that it was due to not following the principles of ergonomics in the workplace and at home)
There were recurrent pains, I felt constant discomfort in my back
I went to the doctors
Some time ago I had an MRI and the “traditional” doctor said straight to my face - “you need to accept the situation, it’s a problem with most people, you have a serious hernia formed”.
and that’s it.
he referred me to a neurosurgeon for consultation (next month), and even advised to do a medical drug blockade, which will stop the pain for a while
Of course, I did not give up - in addition to the Captain’s Fields, Fitness 360, Swimmer - I did certain therapeutic exercises, they are quite effective, and I would recommend them to anyone who is not actively engaged in sports and who has a sedentary job and sedentary lifestyle
Just recently, a friend of mine (he is a cardiologist), advised me a serious specialist osteopath (from my country)
But the waiting list was miles long (a few months).
the day of the appearance of this NFT (yes, that day) - I got a call from the clinic and was told that there was an opening for this specialist
it was today
After an hour of warm professional conversation (not like in the standart clinic - 10 minutes per patient), examinations and certain procedures - he made the stiff hip bone function freely again
Of course he gave me a lot of “homework” and a lot of professional advice concerning my case.
And as it turned out my situation was not critical, just a regime to be followed.
Isn’t that lucky?
I think that’s one facet of luck / success.
meeting the right person and catching the possibilities.
I can’t call it anything else.
Thank you, Captain.
