Hi everyone. I wanted to ask about something that has been happening to me lately, and it leaves me feeling very frustrated and exhausted.
Sometimes, when I go out and notice people looking my way (for example, today it happened while buying at the butcher shop), my heart suddenly starts racing out of nowhere. The strange thing is that my mind is completely calm; I don’t have negative thoughts at that moment. It’s a purely physical reaction, as if my body triggers itself.
Honestly, I can’t take this anymore. It is making it extremely hard for me to relate to people, and the fear of it happening again is driving me into deeper isolation. I know that staying home only makes it worse, but I feel trapped in this loop. Does anyone else experience this disconnect between body and mind? How did you manage to break the cycle of isolation? I would really appreciate your advice.
It’s possible. I remember being very scared in a certain situation. Then I also witnessed violence from my father towards my brother, but never towards me. There were also many arguments between my parents, even to the point where my whole family came to my house just to calm things down. But there was never any violence from my father towards my mother in the sense of hitting her. I don’t know, maybe that’s it.
Sounds like it could be a few things, not that I claim to be an expert.
Firstly, there could be a physical component, like a hormone imbalance or a nervous-system imbalance. I assume you have tried all the immediate treatments and options, but maybe your vagal tone might be an issue. Generalised anxiety could also be present (for various reasons)
Have you noticed any other issues recently? I think an energetic blockage/imbalance could be causing the heart rate fluctuations (likely caused by underlying trauma too) I can not remember which field it was originally (maybe Mana Circuits?) but there was one which caused an increased heart rate while it affected someone’s heart chakra. I’ve felt something similar last year when my system was all out of whack so it might take more to solve it!
More grounding, stability in your foundation, as well as some vagus nerve stimulation might help. I agree that other people’s attention can be unnerving, especially these days. It isn’t a fun time in the “world.”
hey wassup !
i was thinking about ur post for a while after reading it and thought
" glad that I am not the only one who went through this. "
it is more normal than you realise, really. it something like becoming aware of the power the eyes have, of course it gives you a little fear at the beginning but you should be celebrating it instead of trying to… you know “analyze” the WHY and digging into trauma and rationalizing it
it could help you, though it really is not in our full control to solve the trauma… it goes away as one becomes more and more present and so your only job is to be here and happy… you are doing great and that is why the physical symptoms appear because its , like a roller coaster that keeps getting better and better, faster and more aware
when i experience social anxiety i keep reminding myself of the simplicity children have in socializing and that anything else is absolute bullshit which i do not choose so it definetly cannot harm me.
I also associated it with consciousness, as if I had a heightened awareness that notices everything that happens. I don’t know, it’s very strange, haha, but I don’t understand why my heart starts beating strongly and my mind is calm.
I don’t know how to explain it, but maybe I do. I just feel like something or someone is watching me, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. I don’t know if I’m making myself clear.
Do you own Dreamweaver psychic cards? Detangled Voodoo audio? Angelic Vibration?
This is to test when you’re outside with these energies mentioned above. Perhaps these energy fields could stop or lessen your feeling of being watched.
There are some physiological quick-fixes for social anxiety. Like flexing your toes/feet or pushing the tongue against the palate.
This takes energy and tension out of other areas where it was thus changing your state, and it can be done any time.
I guess these feelings disappear as soon as you’re alone but if not you can try the step out. You can practice it and try to remember the feeling or do it subtly when outside (as in, just outting your palms together and raising them just a bit).
As for fields, you can simply use balance - centering - wholeness fields and if anything surfaces use crucible of trauma, then ho’oponopono then grounding (plus tree experience this time).
By balance fields I mean stuff like torsion, flower of life, Jing, orgone, plasma, Cosmo-volt, Ojas, five elements balanced, mana circuits, acupressure, grounding.
When you have a moment, check out the link I shared with you about the cards; these are free versions. The “Shielding” psychic shield card will protect you for a set amount of time against negative energies. It might also protect you from (or block) other types of energy.
I think if you’re feeling certain energies and don’t know the cause, it worries you and makes you anxious, which can slightly disrupt your heart rhythm.
This is the first audio I listen to in the mornings, and I do notice a change. Externally, people behave differently towards me, which is good, but it still doesn’t solve my problem.
Yeah I agree with others. It could be you are highly sensitive to the energies (normally in most cases we can feel when someone is watching us).
If you think about it, it makes sense even: Another person’s attention is on you. Attention is very powerful.
A shield would help for sure. I am not sure which free shields are currently available.
Meanwhile, keep raising your vibration, ideally with the Vibration Series, but also with free ones like Raise Your Vibrational State and Angelic Vibrations.
