A couple of doctors from the same hospital told me that I needed surgery and it was absolutely necessary.
But then I went to another 2 doctors from different clinics and both said that I do not need surgery because of my situation.
I think you should get a second opinion, because many doctors solve everything with surgery because it’s a business for them, they get paid really good for each surgery and sometimes these problems just become chronical, so, people always go to the same doctors to get 2, 4, 6, 10 surgeries rather than fixing the deeper cause that’s causing it.

maybe it’s not a money incentive. sometimes doctors think they have to do more to preserve life. sometimes it’s not necessary.
He is working in 3 places, idk, he is also old and very experienced.
If a second opinion is possible, it would be nice. Won’t hurt anything to try.
I’ve no doubt he may be a good doctor.
I’m also covered by medical insurance and that team of doctors (very experienced with many years on the job) tried to do surgery on me because of a tiny deviation in my cervical area (they get paid anyways through the medical insurance).
Sometimes people go through the motions and do not pay attention to other things.
Maybe if you go to a holistic doctor he may have another point of view on the subject.
