In my daily mediation, I focus on my daily card, having first examined card in detail, the background, artifacts etc and then and visualize myself inside the card, interacting with the card…I can sense the card communicating with me…

I started a Tarot Journal…there are quite a few free ones online, this way I can remember what I drew when, and observe my external reality changing around me
