You could try raising a cancellation request,

This sort of thing causes additional (and expensive) fees that come out of Cap’n’s pocket and has, in the past, caused products to be pulled from out market.

I guessed that, which is why I posted. (Yeah, those fees are onerous and too many of them can cause the merchant’s account to be closed and so on. Don’t get me started. Hehe.)
