Yes I know we have a gratitude thread.
Think of this thread more like an anti-venting thread.
The “challenge” is this:
Review your day and identify one good thing that happened to you. Can be as complex or as simple as you want it to be. Just one thing. And come back tomorrow to post. And the day after. And so on, and so on…
The interesting part is when you had a truly shitty day and you have to search for sth good within it. (Hint: this exercises the gratitude muscle greatly).

I had a really lovely Japanese ramen today with fried chicken on the side which had so much pepper on it that it numbed my mouth.
