I exercised for hours, mostly cardio, I haven’t done it in months (this much). 
I’m (re)starting slow though, as to not push my body too much, so low-medium intensity.
I can see a Brighter Near Future, due to me wanting to get in shape again, plus I didn’t eat too much, so progress there 
as well.
Overall, it was a Great Day, mostly the evening and the current night, due to the fact that air is breathable again (outside, but also for the fact that I can have my windows opened).
I am thankful for these, for my mom getting better and for my air conditioner (recently my brother bought it, due to the extreme heat).

I told a compliment to a cashier at grocery store.
Told her she Has so beautyfull eyes and pretty makeup.
She was so happy and said that its so nice to hear a compliment from another woman.
We had such a nice interaction.

So one person who is last 10 years in my life just about wen I start to have big mess in life …
She called me before 3 weeks ago we talked 30 min .
She told me she is coming from grewyard as was her father anniversary for passing.
Funny enough couple days later things start to go bad in my house , I got clorine rash and I swim in many pools never had problems with it and my family start to have bigger expenses , things start to break in house and just general was unhappy energy , miserable etc .
So , after long time I got confirmation about this person Crystal clear …
She even went so far to double check with messages if I’m still on this earth plane .lol
Well Captain release Quantum Hear just in time 
My response in written messages was pretending as nothing happen and I send her Quantum Heart 
Today she did send message again and my only response was again Quantum Heart

Yesterday I had so much synchronicity, and each time it was a positive experience. Nothing but joy and laugher, even during this retrograde time period. From waking up to going to sleep, I experienced great joy.
At least 6 people in the forum spoke to me as I thought about them, and it was nice to build coversation and comradery.

I am down with cold and feeling meh… no energy and depressed. But this thread made me think what good happened today… well I got soup and soft buns at home to help me feed when I am under weather
