Telomere regeneration doubt

How long to listen? How many times a day?
Description says “several days in a week”, kinda unclear.

Thanks peeps.

Several, I would say would be like 3 or 4 days out of the week. Several is more than 2, but not many neither.

Thanks. Have you seen any results with it though?

I am sorry bro, but I don’t have that exactly. But I have the Eternity tag, which has the subfield of Telomere regeneration in it. It’d be rather difficult to see the effects of this field if you are still somewhat young/healthy, so…sorry bro. I just trust it and know it’s working 100% though, personally.

Thanks. So 5 times a day, for 4 weeks and that’s it? Or should I continue listening at this rate for ever(obviously forever but just asking)?
Thanks.

No 5 times a day for 4-5 days it would be enough for ever. Or do it every 5 years just to be sure.

I use several times for a week(one) every year.

Oh wow. Didn’t know about this one, but would you mind sharing how did you come to know this(listening to a week and then done forever)? Thanks.

The description says this:

So by consistently listening to this audio, telomere caps in all your cells will remain the same length and possibly grow longer after each cell division!
Usage: You only have to listen to it several days a week

To me that means a few times a week for the rest of my life?

Its means you have to listen to it several times a week in life time. Here time is just ONE WEEK.

Dream have explained this many time. Several times a week for a lifetime.

I’ll say to you go with it the way you understand it you will loose nothing just few minutes everyday.

Usage: You only have to listen to it several days a week. He says here a week not every week.

But you can do as you like. Listen everyday or everyweek or every year its up to you. It won’t hurt

Can I listen to it every alternate day? Or does it have to be several days in a row?

Several days in a row is suggested.
