I had three copies of The Ascension-naut NFT (bought during the lucky draw Nautilus) and exchanged two and I kept one for myself. I have the order with the count three and also in my file where I track all my purchases.
I never wanted to trade the last one, so I totally forgot about it assuming it is there in my phantom wallet. I don’t remember when was the last time I saw it in the wallet but now it is gone. I checked if it is hidden or reported as spam but no it isn’t there either, so I checked under activity.
Surprisingly it shows I have received only two during claiming but I know I had three. I also got a tag done with The Ascension-naut on one side and The Eternal on the other side.
The ones I traded are #56 and #136. I don’t know what is the number of my last third copy.
Is there a way to find out the number of my lost copy on solscan?
If you have any other NFT, view it on solscan, and I think there you can see all the movements, etc of your wallet. Search for your wallet and see what you can find. Otherwise you’ll have to hit support.
I just opened my phantom wallet after a long time and it kind of sucks. So I will be looking for another.
@Drift the chatbot was useless, I have reset the app and imported the wallet again as suggested still I don’'t see the NFT. The bot suggested to get in touch with the support team and they don’t have an email anymore.
Any idea how to contact them?
edit: after multiple attempts the bot gave me an option to raise a ticket.
