I’m new here and yes, i wanted something to help for my memory recall issues but what is the best audio out there for it? Or like brain enhancement? Also, would it have permanent results?

The benefits of producing the gamma frequency are:

First one affects genes. I’d say over time they would become permanent. You can use this in general. There will be some memory improvement:
This will boost any brain field except the first one (or healing ones, as it is for wiring/growth).

But I suggest you check all the catalogue and use brain healing fields. They “boost” results, but do so because of healing the brain.
