It can show you the things that block you being the best version of you, by observing others. Just yersterday i saw a situation happen, wher i thought, oh yeah this will stop this guy from growing for ancouple of months unless he faces it. And then when to me certain situations happen that are negative, i stopped dwelling on them and am just like eh it happens, cant cling on it, gotta do my things regardless of discomforts.
