The purge is strong with this one. Really strong. Almost unbearable. But so were many ways of being that aren’t “me”.

Lots of benefits too, the one at the forefront though is like a window to the past I guess you could call it. Seeing so may situations, projections from others, feelings and energies I didn’t understand, from a huge range of life experiences, going back to early childhood… and most importantly, understanding that they are not me. My responses to them, are not me.

On the other side, it provides an extremely strong call, back to what is me. In a way it has the ability to purge and dissolve the shit and distortions created by everything that is out of alignment with the blueprint. There’s a lot there to purge and dissolve lol but what it’s done already in a month is incredible

I agree with this. When I started Blueprint I had in some ways sort of ”forgot”, at least partially, some parts of myself. So with this field I not only found a way back to myself, it was also made with joy and strength.

No purge for me, but one day i had a moment of prickly-bone-pain (< 1 sec) . I was working on a project and lost the violin in the background. By the time i stopped playing it, it had already been an hour 10 mins :grimacing: but all good. the pricking was a reminder to me “Hey, haven’t you played it enough already today” :innocent:

I remember i had 2 days of INTENSE af pain on my middle back radiating to the mouth of the stomach OhmyGoooood lol i could feel like my whole torax/back stretching and expanding, like breaking everything in there haha :sweat_smile:

That was the only time it hurt, it was like the 4th day listening i think. But it was my major issue or thing to heal, my heart was absolutely closed off and i had accepted it like that, which made it worse to try to open it again, i would just offer love to others through healing but cold as hell to everybody else. For like 5 years :grimacing::face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Feeling angry the last couple of days and also started to cry suddenly when I was in bed. Is this because of bpol?

How often are you listening, what else are you doing/listening to, anything significant happening in your life?

I’m listening bpol 3x a day, I’m also listening to plasmatron, lymhatic effusion, ego dissolution, sarms, powerful good luck energy, become whole, extreme self condidence, abundance mindset, ojas. I’m also wearing the SLR tag pretty much 24/7. Nothing really significant is happening in my life. Just holding alot of anger and resentment. Missed out on a lot in life and now I’m feeling bitter.

It’s possible that you’re purging a bit. Everyone’s nervous system is different. It could depend on a few factors…if you started listening to all of these audios at the same time, if you built up your stack over time, changes in sleep patterns, diet etc…

The SARMs field caught my attention. That one can have an effect on your hormones. There are a lot of variables at play here though. If BPOL is the only thing that’s changed in the past few days, then it’s possible it’s that. If the anger/crying episodes are strong enough where they are affecting your ability to function during the day, cut back a little and see if they even out a bit. If you feel like you can handle the ride, stick it out and see if it subsides. If this were happening to me I’d add in fields like Emotional Release, Forgiveness and Release, and Crucible. Those can help you process whatever you’re going through quicker and more easily.

I almost forgot- the Outlook Retrainer imo is a must for just about everyone (except maybe GianLee :smirk:). If you haven’t checked out Pure Magnetic Heart Coherence you should really do that as well.

Hopefully this helps you out. You’ll probably get some good input from others on the forum🍻

Yeah I have built this stack over time. BPOL was added around 3-4 weeks ago. I think I can handle it, even if it becomes difficult I will just push through. Chest is also feeling a bit tight since just now. I will add Outlook retained to my playlist and maybe heart coherence too.

:clap:t2: Yes, after a little more than 1 year spent on the forum… He’s the only exception coming to my mind.

We all (at least almost “all”… starting with me) got triggered, offended, wild, blue, aggressive, passive aggressive, whiny, felt threatened, turning our back, being false accusative towards X or Y, falling into traps, etc. at some point.

But @GianLee? That guy is royal. A big lesson in humility.
