Whenever I focus on the mandala longer than few seconds, my whole forehead gets stimulated. strong pressure on third eye.
Focusing on things gets more easier and I feel more inclined to ground myself properly, get a better feeling for balancing my energys.
Done a few loops last evening and went to bed.
I felt more aware of the shifting of brainwaves as I relaxed before I´ve fallen asleep.
thought about sharing something here (don´t even remember what) and I received a firm no.
Appealed as something coming from a place of wisdom.
Feel like I have connected to some group consciousness.

I might add something else, but also gentler electrical stimulation of neurons to make a little "pre-wiring* (and an excitable neuron, if it happens to be triggered and it makes a connection, will maintain that connection for a while, over time it can become much stronger because of the use of new connections (positive brain reinforcement)). So it’s still much better to engage or rather observe the easy changes and focus on them.
If we’re talking about the last two fields you cited, and if you’re focused on the end goal, my logic says you can. Maybe if you want to enhance the benefits of the Gamayun field, for example - you can use it together
But that’s just a thought.

In my opinion eventually it can, as you gain abilities and gain eventual psychic mastery (presuming you put in work consistently) you should be able to contact your higher self and commune with him/her with ease. For now? I think it may be good to pair the audios until one is confident in ones own ability to connect with their higher self. Although when you do gain the ability, your connection will vary depending on how much you intend to connect with your higher self, as psychic abilities alone doesnt gaurantee a higher self connection with out intent.
