Quick question
So, if one has Manhattan 8K RES, White Matter field isn’t necessary?
I mean, Manhattan 8K has the same effect as White Matter field in regards to myelin?
Or White Matter would be more direct and effective?

Thank you

@candy
One of the many subfields of M8K creates the enzyme that assembles the Myelin continuously (from DHA). So, if you use M8K and eat omega-3s whenever you feel like it, your amount of white matter will increase.

White Matter doesn’t need anything, it creates the omega-3s, it creates the enzymes, drags everything in your brain and starts growing the white matter shealth around your axons. It also contains other fields.

Using M8K consistently and eating omega-3s will cover the white matter aspect.

Positively affects willpower and focus. Easier to feel in the moment and present… Almost immediately after getting it last week I was finding i was holding longer deep focus work sessions without a lot of effort. Probably doubling how long i could zone in on something without breaking concentration.

Caveat: I’ve been looping this quite a bit. I feel like it’s targeting something that my brain injury a few years ago hit, so i’m being aggressive.

I probably should have prioritized this one a while back haha

Picked this up today. Mostly due to the help it provides for addiction withdrawal and recovery. I am attempting to get off this medication again and this time I plan to succeed. Thanks for making these, Philip and Captain! I plan on pairing this with Opus Manhattan, White Matter and Opiate and General Addiction Withdrawal Help. I have high hopes.

Been looping it for hours and the mood and cognition boosts are very noticeable!

Do you use this with the Neuro EP? I haven’t tried this combo, but maybe the dopamine redux track in that EP may help.

I need to use those as well. Thank you for the reminder! I will add them when I get down to a really low dose again. For now, I’m trying to keep my playlist as small as possible.

Me after looping overnight and playing it since I woke up.

The dopamine receptors going back to normal real fast, especially coming from a heavy addiction.

Listening to this is brutal at the moment, playing this + PBoY is making the withdrawal stage hitting you from every sides, the good news is I feel the withdrawal stage should last for a few more days because I’m feeling myself again.

What would have probably taken me months to get through should take days or a week or two as long as I keep on aggressively healing.

It’s brutal though, I can sense the massive cravings lurking up behind me.

Fatigue + headaches + insomnia + dark outlook is heavy.

putting this here for people if needed. This was generated by claude 3.5. i think it has better responses than chatgpt. i read that it’s ‘opus’ model is better than gpt4 significantly

Disorders related to oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin system issues can affect various aspects of mental health, behavior, and physiological functions. Here’s a concise overview of some disorders associated with each neurotransmitter system:

Oxytocin-related disorders:

  1. Autism Spectrum Disorders
  2. Social anxiety disorder
  3. Attachment disorders

Dopamine-related disorders:

  1. Parkinson’s disease
  2. Schizophrenia
  3. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  4. Addiction and substance use disorders
  5. Depression (in some cases)

Serotonin-related disorders:

  1. Depression
  2. Anxiety disorders
  3. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  4. Eating disorders
  5. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

It’s important to note that these neurotransmitter systems often interact and overlap, so many disorders may involve imbalances or dysregulation in multiple systems. Additionally, the exact mechanisms and relationships between neurotransmitter dysfunction and these disorders are complex and not always fully understood.

Even if it is not as sexy as a wiring field or a super booster, this boy here is making for me all the difference in the world after just 12 hours of looping.

I feel a radical improvement in my mood, and some suboptimal behaviours seeking cheap overloads of neurotransmittants became just some itches which requires way less willpower to dissolve and ignore.

There are for sure many aspects of this field which are yet to unfold but as it is now, I’m 100% satisfied from it.
