Yesterday was the first time I have used this audio. I have bought a patreon subscription only a few days ago and found out about this amazing field! It is pretty uncomfortable for me to belly breathe but I really want to learn how to do it properly so I gave it a try. I have started playing this field and a field for prana, got into the shavasana (because it was more comfortable to belly breathe while lying) and started doing fast breathes with holding it from time to time :wind_face: :wind_face: :wind_face: What I have experienced was really wonderful. For first I felt more energetic throughout the day. Hunger has completely disappeared for a few hours. And I also could hold my breathe for longer than 1 minute 30 seconds. I will try to keep sharing my progress

This field go very well coupled with Pure Magnetic Heart Coherence.

I have slept on this field.

My Breathing is mostly unconscious and superficial and as I’ve tried breathing more profoundly, using my belly/taking deep belly breaths, I felt my breathing becoming even better (my Breathing oscillates 90% of the time between OK to/and Fantastic, compared to how it used to be :grinning:).

If I would take a guess, I would say this field automates everything, so I don’t need to focus on my breathing while listening and after, right?

(although it would probably help to breathe profoundly and consciously, always)

im assuming this can also help with developing the dantian @Maoshan_Wanderer ? A perceptual shift of the energy towards the belly?

Absolutely, if used with awareness of the lower Dantien.

Super important field.

It helps with energetic blockages, around the area (resolution of which unblocks other ones as well though)

I think because it works on the physical. Blockages can create shortage of breath, resulting in supression of emotions, denser energy and eventually physical pain as a result of supressing, tensing the belly.

With this, now the energy can flow, the emotions can go, the pain is reliefed.
