Heres stuff i’ve found that helped me and i hope it will help anyone struggling (I have experienced about 2 decades of trauma. No substance abuse or psychedelic usage exp, clean). Sharing the ideas. All intuitive work and plenty of research and time.

First and foremost… If you are still living in an unsafe place with unsafe / toxic people and influences, please be willing to GET OUT ASAP. You are worth so much more than the situation and it doesn’t have to be your reality. It’s not worth it. Walk or sneak outside (especially in nature, a park, beach etc. Connect yourself with the earth as much as possible) separate yourself from them so you have the moment(s) to heal.

With every blockage, intense negative belief(s), discomfort, or being stuck:
