Theres connections between adrenals, kidneys, and fear. Through trauma we get a sort of fight or flight sensation(s) and so that affects our thyroids from the Kidney and Adrenal glands excretion of the stress hormone(s) which flow through our blood and the memories of our experiences get stored in the Amygdala and our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. This in turm affects our heart as well (and spiritually anywhere else in the body (even DNA) - such as fascia and muscles- bc ‘painbody’)

Most importantly, listen within so you can adapt and stay true to yourself because you’ve always had the power to know what’s truly happening and connect it all. It’s everything as a whole instead of parts when it comes to your healing. The body takes in the experiences so listen within through mindfulness (self realization series) and grounding (the tree experience) for everything to ‘fall’ into place and be aligned and balanced
