I overthink much and I fear making wrong decisions that could lead to bad outcomes that could change my life in a negative way. I fear so many imaginative future scenarios. I am already listening to higher self connection but now I start to doubt that my higher self could know everything and give me the best decisions. Doubts, fears, fear of making the wrong decisions and overthinking are my problems. I would be grateful if anyone could give an advice who maybe walked that path already. Keep in mind that I can only listen to free fields for know.
Maybe you need to find that yourself by experimentation this overthinking might be from an entity, emotional stagnation, subconcious resistance, unconcious clutter, not sleeping well, imbalance in brain receptors or chemical imbalances, energetic imbalance, vitamin deficiency, overusing audios, aura leakage being ungrounded and maybe many more if I forgot. Everything you must experiment with if you dont know them by instinct. Sapien,Dream seeds and energetic alchemy have many general fields and specific like politics of the body for general healing of every organ and specific fields like dopamine and serotonin audios for better focus relaxation etc ocd is good for intrusive thoughts but I wouldnt recommend it seems to me it makes me be ocd and not heal me lol. One of the few that made the reverse effect but itâs ok.
Please proceed immediately to experiment with yourself as people giving advice without knowing your situation will 99% fail to give you a good playlist or advice and give you based on their opinion.

But honestly, calm down first of all, second, understand that you can grow yourself when your life is going in any trajectory.
then ask yourself; What is the default trajectory of your life right now? Is it an actually bad outcome? Is it something that will be truly satisfied with?
(By default I mean when you donât make conscious bold decisions(decisions that are scary, uncomfortable, and difficult. The ones that will challenge you and push you to grow))
If the answer to the last question is no, then what are some bold decisions that you can make that could make you truly satisfied with your life?
If you donât know, then you need to find a purpose. Then make decisions that will grow you and that aligns with your purpose. Even if making those decisions hurt. Even if you have to move to another country and leave your family behind. (Of course, it wonât be all âbadâ)
And about the fear⌠What is it that threatens you? what are you so attached to that you canât leave your comfort zone?
Danger is relative to how you view yourself so what is scary? Do you have limiting beliefs? Do you feel lonely? You have to ask yourself these questions. Itâs your life on the line after all.

I had some mild traumatic situations. I have glasses and when I was in school it was being said to me that I shouldnt get into physical fights because the glasses can break and they were expensive. Now I am a guy and guys sometimes come into a conflicting situation in school. I feared to defend myself because my glasses needed to be safe and at the same time I wanted to defend myself because my conscience couldnt believe that I cant defend myself because if my glasses would break I wouldnt be able to learn for school properly. Fears arose. I feared that I could make a bad image before my teachers when I was involved in conflicts. There was sometimes a bit of bullying of other people. Thats why I fear making the wrong decisions. I sometimes fear defending my things or I fear doing something wrong. I cant buy fields due to a certain personal situation. I could buy it with ready cash but not online. I fear of makimg somethimg wrong. Thats why I often overthink. I analyse situations to strong and dont know how to act. My body is very healthy and I have a very good life but this psychological problem is my main problem. I also have good habits(training, healthy food, reading books etc.). I dont know if healing the old wound in the past would really solve the problem because if such a situation would happen I wouldnt know what to do and I think it could traumatize me again. Its a feeling like as if there is not much hope and that I could then get into a worse situation. I need two things: Knowing whats the best decision and getting clarity trough wisdom and knowledge about life. Maybe I also need to heal myself from underlying traumas. I dont really know.

I already listened for some of these fields. I listened to the confidence field for over a year(I had massive results, I am actually VERY confident know, itâs a great field.) I also listened to amygdala healing for almost 2 months if I remember it correctly. I also listened to the flow of jing and to SLR for a certain but it didnt solve the problem(I mean, the flow of jing fills me with life force, is there any correlation to trauma and fears?)

If I remember correctly I even listened to emotional release and trauma healing for a month or something. I actually think that the higher self connection could help but I dont know if its necessary to always follow the advice of the higher self. Has the higher self a larger picture of situations in life than our conscious awareness of reality from our perspective?

Itâs okay not wanting to fight. Itâs okay not wanting to break your glasses. Itâs understandable really. I was never the one that wanted to fight but when I had to then I did.
You should definitely learn some self-defense, I bet thereâs youtube videos on how to fight with-if you have glasses. What you shouldnât be doing is looking for something that you havenât lost. (I mean looking for a fight) lol.
And if a fight does happen, caring about what anyone or the teachers might think should be the least of your concern. You need to protect yourself and make your safety a priority in a fight.
I already told you above. Bad things will happen but you can learn and grow from them.
Letâs say you get into a fight, you end up winning. Now other guys wonât bother you anymore, you will feel A LOT more confident in yourself. BUT some grown ups are mad at you and think all of that was your fault. Unless you had it like me which NOBODY ever believed me(even my own parents), it will suck but if they believe your side of the story then thatâs a big fat win. Either way, the worst is now over right?
I already gave you a piece of advice above, but it doesnât even have to be a whole life purpose, it can even be a simple small goal, do whatever will truly benefit you the most, even if it brings something âbadâ with it.

Ok bro thank you for your advice. I sometimes philosophy about life. There are and were other beings in the past who also suffered or who also suffered more than me. I sometimes have sympathy for others who went trough other difficult situations. I think we can consider ourselves lucky to have food, to have sth to drink, to be able to listen to fields etc. âŚAnd maybe we will once evolve and heal ourselves so much and be able to help and heal other people?
