I have a good stack :) I just get a bit overwhelmed sometimes, as I need a health stack, beauty, body, mental health, energy body…. Money, success, that’s why I’m always changing what I’m playing, but it isn’t a great approach as I’ll be making slower progress. I need to sit down and really figure out what I want.

This info is in my posts under Marquardt, I believe. The overbite was fixed in the second wave of results, which would put it around month 2-3. I listened every day for about 30-90min.

i dont have this field but ill give you my opinion that can apply for any audio when i dont see results fast and for skin/facial ones.
0- play the field/skin playlist far from other playlists ie: 2 hours before and after other playlists
1-use energy blockages removal
2-if you have the auric repair x 2 use it if not activate the attunement card from ig and the energy expansion one
3- push it with Plasma light beach x 1 and talk to the field asking it to focus on priming your skin in the face and neck “only” preparing it to absorb the most x and y things only (when a field has a lot of elements/goals the energy distributes a bit for each target making it slow)
4- ask chatGPT to give you 10 or 15 affirmations re (the specific more importants things you want from this field) if all then paste the description to it. once you have them repeat them while listening to either Malleable Ego and or SLR3 (use earphones while doing this part)
play this field x 3 or 4 then acu automaton x 1
skin is receptive to receive and regenerate much more between 8 and 10 pm.
i always prefer to play the skin fields while using my phone so the enegy is like right in front of my face/neck.
drink water.
dont mix it with other fields, make it simple with the ones i mentioned.
take off mandalas while playing the fields.
ask servitors to help you integrate the fields deeper and faster without overwhelming you.
