I am usually pretty resilient. When there are adverse circumstances, depending on how involved you are in the situation and how important it is to you, is the ease/difficulty with which you handle it. But this was a real blow, not only now but ever since we got to know of the issue.
It is very difficult sometimes to get back to equanimity, but I will get there now & forever. The support & help to get there is what I have found here.
