I remember doing that practice long ago.
Sitting still in a dark room allowing the chaos of my being to speak, its intense.

Wow, hard to say ive cleared out so much stuff. I found myself not having those intense feelings like I was gonna die if I didnt move. Next time I’ll use BoL in the background or something similar

Was about to do a session of forgiveness and release + torsion field / plasma beach. But I think the idea you guys gave me is better. Well I can do all of it over time.
