The Enigma of the Black Martian Jing

there’s no problem that could show nor to testing nor ultrasound nor mri

Ahh sucks not to know what the problem is, sorry.
Perhaps keep your eyes open for a kiropractor or a TCM practitioner? Or at least see a physiotherapist or something to check your spine?

Similar issues to yours and couldn’t figure out what it was, found a k recently. Turns out I had dislocated vertebrae so stuff couldn’t circulate, along with meridian blockages. Stress and trauma also gets stuck in the body and wears it out.

Also, if you’re not doing it already, cutting sugars, processed oils, etc. should make you feel different within a month. I’ve had great results.

Did you listen just before your workout or at unrelated times?

have done all of that you say down to sleeping all day take supplements too and stuff.

yes the time was unrelated I heard the morning I could keep up at afternoon with that. It was doing good the energy was there but as expected my body took a tax which I don’t know what it was. Still the next days I had energy again and again so the audio is doing the job it states

@Presmokan They state in another vid that where the field has a limit in description it will only multiply by that limit. Tried, only on YouTube, and it seems to consistently take the lower limit (where 2-3x, multiplies by 2).

Today is the fortieth day of listening to this, what do I do from tomorrow: continue or stop listening?
Any advice is welcome, thanks.

What’s been happening with your blood pressure, which is something that’s easy for us to empirically monitor? You’ve had 40 days to collect that data. What does your data tell you?

What need do you have from this field? And is that need so great that it would prevent you from thinking about taking a little break from this field or that it is worth risking your cardiovascular system?

Maybe a silly question, but how do you monitor it? I’ve never had the need to so I don’t really know

with a heart rate monitor

twice a day once morning once night and at those times once when you are laying down once when you are standing

12/7 is the standar good blood pressure, anything above 14/9 is high anything below 10/5 is low

Not a silly question at all. The same way that they monitor it in the doctor’s office. The equipment that’s used is very simple. I quickly learned how to accurately use the old analogue equipment back when I was 10. And if 10-year-old me could do it, anyone can!

And that was back in the Dark Ages when there only was the old analogue equipment. Now, it’s been electronic-ized, so it’s as simple as putting it on your arm and pressing a button. In my country, those machines are for sale everywhere (even supermarkets have self-service machines you can use for a few coins). And they’re not expensive at all. In fact, last week I bought a good and simple machine for a friend from a drug store for a little more than USD20.

The pressure is regular as before listening to this field, I don’t know if it has remained regular due to the use of Flaunt.

Perhaps for having more masculinity, character and determination

Thanks for your questions/answers.

Sure thing! Just trying to help you out, if I can.

So here’s the thing: If you’ve been regularly monitoring your blood pressure, you could continue on with your listening and monitoring as you have been. That would be your call. (Me personally, I wouldn’t be willing to risk it, for a few reasons. And I can share my reasons for my decision, if that would be helpful to you.)

The other option would be to take a short break and then resume your use of this field. (This is what I personally would do. The goals you shared here wouldn’t be “life or death” to me and my 40 days of using this field might have changed my behaviors and attitudes enough to fulfill those goals during my short break.)

Hope that helps.
