For some it can, for some it cant.
Neg Jing is unique because it restores pre-natal jing. Depending on how much of that type of jing you lost during your life, you might or might not need Neg Jing.
Economically speaking this approach to me makes sense: Buy Black Martian Jing, use it for 3 months and then if u still feel inclined to do it, buy Neg Jing.
Black martian is way cheaper, hence why I suggest it first to buy, not to mention u get life force and alchemical oil of Mars. I hope this helps u make a decision.

Nah they are diferent ,but for those who dont have enoght money to buy neg jing,black martian is the first choice ,i always thing if you listening this and the flow of jing daily it can restore pranatal overtime ,bcs the amount accumulation i but everyone has diferent effects so dont know ,this audio become my favorite along with plasmatron ,and be carefull i recomended to start slow with this one jajaja i have to listen vagus nerve after i listening to this 4 time it increace blood preasure
