It does mess with your circadian rhythm in the beginning. I first wanted to sleep for a full 7 hours so this field helped me with that. But for a few days I wanted to sleep 5 hours to complete something in the night. This field helped me with that too. I feel rejuvenated after both experiences.
Backstory: my sleep schedule was so messed up and unpredictable that my family was tired of it all. Now Iâm a proper human able to fall asleep at the same time and wake up at the same time consistently.

How long before you returned to a normal sleep cycle? Man I barely had 4hours ish of sleep last night and I still feel awake. I wanna sleep and dream instead of lying on my bed awake for 2-3hours xd

You can try removing the tag (if you have a physical tag on all the time) during your bed time.

Over what time frame?
The Jing fields will do that âimmediatelyâ (provided you give yourself the raw materials for your vitality and vigor) but wonât necessarily heal the causes of your depletion.
The Eternal will do that over time, because it might go to work first healing the causes of your depletion which will result in the restoration of your vitality and vigor, you see.

Also had a dream that my hand/fingers were pierced by nails and had nasty gaping wounds but I wasnât horrified just annoyed and disgusted and it healed abit later on in the dream.

I finally bought this masterpiece of Dream. Itâs my first NFT. @Maoshan_Wanderer Again, thanks for your info. I was able to claim then download the image from my phantom wallet on both my laptop and phone.
So, can I print copies of this NFT image in any size, have them laminated and carry it in my wallet or pocket when Iâm out and put it under my pillow when I sleep? What is the best way to use this?
Also, in the future, if something changes with solana or there are possible glitches occuring, can one still access the nfts in his phantom wallet?
I assume, since this phantom wallet is free of charge, will there be annual fees required by solana or fees are only applicable when one sells or trades the nfts?

Yes. However, once you have possession of the token (e.g., you legally paid for it and itâs in your wallet) this NFT beings working for you. So, glitches will only be an issue if youâre transferring browsers (because your wallet is now in your browser) or computers (because your wallet is on your computers browser) or especially, when youâre trading, selling or otherwise transferring ownership of your NFT.
If you were to have your NFT for your long eternal life without ever wanting to hand it off, it wouldnât matter if Solana glitches. Your NFT will still work for you.
It seems the fees are only applicable when one sells or trades the NFT. That fee is paid from a balance of SOL in your wallet. If there is no SOL, youâll have to put some SOL in their in order to sell or transfer your NFT. (General instructions for this are discussed upthread, if youâre curious.)
You donât need a balance of money (in any form) to use and enjoy your NFT yourself.

I purchased this NFT 2 days ago and today, hurray, I noticed that my eyesight is much better, everything looks so vivid, vibrant, and lively. The world suddenly looks much more beautiful.
I had had myopia since 7 or 8 years old and later took an operation to correct my eyesight. I often use electronic devices nearly all day, leaving my eyes blurry and tired. At some points, I had to loop the Eye Regeneration to remove the eye fatigue and prevent my eyesight from deteriorating. But the healing ability of this NFT is much better than the Eye Regeneration audio. Not only my eyesight becomes more vivid, but my eyes also look fresher.

Was it Lasik? If so I thought Lasix was meant to be permanent

Yes, it was Lasik. After a Lasik operation, one could still develop myopia over time and be subject to some possible long-term side effects.
In my case, my eyes get tired fast and my eyesight is a bit blurry, especially at night. And the Eternal has made my eyesight much sharper and my eyes stronger. It has not been this good for long.
