Go to you emails search for the order and go on claim nft then instead of claiming it as it was already claimed it will show you the downloads Picture and Audio.
There is moat likely an easier way but thats how i did it :)

thank god it works for the NFT owners only
but i am sure now it will be on one of those black marketer campaigns
when they see audios they start shaking in excitement, more people to sell scam and trade.
