I have to read it through properly.
The first question that comes to my mind is the ROI question:

How many hours per day does he has to invest into doing what he is doing to achieve that result?
28% of 24 hours would be 6.72 hours.
So if whatever he is doing takes him less than 6.72 hours per day, then he has a positive ROI.

From what I have seen on this website he is also not utilizing the power of the Subconscious Mind to control his body processes and keep the body at maximum youth levels.
So he is doing a lot to achieve results, but he is not doing the most effective things in my opinion.

Interesting but I believe thereās a much easier way to achieve what heās after. Seems as though he is going about it the cerebral āA.I. syntheticā route. Nothing wrong with it however I liken to analog versus digitalā¦manual versus automatic (Universal flow).
Always something we can learn though. Just my two cents.

I wonder what the optimal daily listening time for this field might be? I could very happily listen to this and max heal audio all day long, Iāve never felt so good in my life! Once I get the mental health one, I think Iāll be completely set! 2023 is a great year so far
