I looped the audio all night, it went very well :ok_hand:!! it relieved my intestines a lot with my other energy fields that I have for healing (Eternal, the nestling and Asclepius). For the past few days I have relaxed and I have made deviations in terms of food.

This caused the pain to return.
at times i can overeat something like a whole bar of chocolate in a matter of minutes lol, rice every day for a week lol.

The problem is the excess! like many other things.

I already said this in a message. The healing of the intestines takes a long time even with the best energy fields if we are not careful with what we eat and food combinations (very important) , the healing will take place very slowly. I speak from experience lol.

it is also important to do a little physical activity to improve the circulation of blood and lymph in the body as well as digestion.

Since I bought psychic mastery I have been working a lot to develop my psychic abilities. The brain needs micronutrients which is given by a healthy and varied diet. If the intestines are bad, absorption will not be done properly. which means that some of these micronutrients will go into the toilet because the intestines will not have been able to digest them properly (intestinal dysbiosis, inflammation). Loss of money and fatigue of the body constantly having to receive food, digest it, filter it and evacuate it.

I know that at that time when I have solved this problem my brain will be able to receive what it needs to regenerate and improve.
I could lucid dream again and my psychic abilities will develop faster. memory too. and many other improvements like physical appearance (hair, skins)

Update 2h later:
This gave me a lot of energy ,mental clarity and motivation.

It also seems to increase my hair loss and dark circles a little, but this is congruent with Minor intestinal irritation, which this could cause through detoxing .

These health fields are legendary, almost upgraded to that tier now but i rather not get double billed (it bills every 1st of the month it seems) so i’ll wait til tomorrow!

After all the thanksgiving madness and unhealthy eating, I was feeling sluggish, had a bit of reflux, some bloating, etc.

I usually do not loop fields but I looped this field all night yesterday. In the night, felt a tad gassy… Today morning, woke up with a strong bowel movement and had to rush to the bathroom. Had another extra bowel movement after that…

Now, a few hours later, my bloating is gone, none of that gassy feeling, I feel lighter, and I think also more energetic (energy part may also be due to Negentropic Pulser which absolutely gives a massive boost, but I feel this is also contributing to it)

I’ve suffered from leaky gut which likely contributed to several mental conditions like depression.

After using this for a bit, I notice I have way more energy. Now my body can actually absorb the nutrients it needs from the food I eat, and I have much less stomach pain. Stomach has been a problem for a while, and while other fields made a lot of progress, the specialist seems to be the best as its specific and targeted.

I found the foods responsible for my colon pain with my pendulum:

  • egg (I discovered it yesterday :slightly_frowning_face: )
  • rice
  • chocolate . a bar of chocolate during the day it’s normal that it causes problems :sweat_smile:
  • figs

Apart from the chocolate, the rest is not processed. That’s why I took time to understand because I mostly eat unprocessed foods.

I must have some sort of egg protein intolerance.
It’s the same with rice.
When you look on the net for the symptoms of egg intolerance, it is clearly indicated that there may be stomach and intestinal pain, bloating and flatulence, etc.

One of the big problems with inflammation of the intestines is that the longer it lasts, the more there will be new intolerances to certain foods and the list will grow.

A while ago the pain was almost gone. Since I re-consumed these foods a little too regularly the pain has returned.

Most of the time I don’t mix food. With the exception of when I eat with friends.

The problem is that when things are going well I tend to resume bad eating habits, consuming certain foods excessively and repeatedly :sweat_smile: .

These foods mentioned above are to be discarded for a while, but not definitively.
It bothers me a little for eggs because it is a very nutritious food in terms of vitamins and minerals.

Right now I need to fill up on omega 3. Mackerel (natural, without oil) is a very good food :ok_hand: .Curcumin supplement (anti-inflammatory), omega 3 and another supplement for the brain . And gradually direct me to a paleo diet.

you have to go slowly and gradually introduce the discarded foods as the health of the intestines improves. Vary your diet and avoid excess lol!

Once the inflammation goes down I’ll start on probiotics again. Taking it during inflammation is not very effective because the good bacteria will not be able to adhere properly to the intestinal wall if it is inflamed.

The gut is lined with complex nerves called the second brain, and perhaps many food allergies have to do with its dissonance, negative memories of certain foods.

Yes it’s possible .

Bad food association, disturbance of digestion due to stress, bad chewing of food, chemicals from processed foods, pesticides, antibiotics etc.
All of this will over time create a gut microbiota dysbiosis which will eventually manifest as inflammation of the intestinal walls . creating gaps in the walls this is when some unwanted molecules cross the intestinal barrier and end up in the bloodstream.

The body detects them as an intruder and this is how most food allergies appear.

This is a very potent field. I kind of avoided eating my typical meals which maybe harmful for me. Also good for cleaning the stomach out properly. Thanks @Captain_Nemo

Since I pay attention to what I eat and the foods to avoid temporarily (quoted on one of my previous message) it’s better :slightly_smiling_face:.

However, there are still small pains that persist at times at night but do not last long.
After some research and videos that were suggested (I think) by my angels and guide (youtube and facebook) I discovered that visceral fat can be the cause of colon inflammation also on other parts of the body. For more information I invite you to do your own research :grin:.

If I really want to permanently cure this colon problem, I must get rid of most of this visceral fat. I noticed that even if I was careful I had small pains at times, which indicates that it was not the diet that was at fault at that time but another cause, visceral fat.

My pendulum confirmed to me that visceral fat causes problems in my colon.

To this I also noticed that my urine is sometimes cloudy when I have periods of pain in the colon.

What am I going to do to heal my gut?
Mainly this:

  • Pay attention to what I eat. Avoiding bad food combinations and foods I have a sensitivity or intolerance to.

  • Continue to do physical activity and include specific abs exercises.

The abdominal area has the least blood supply compared to other parts of the body. in general it is a very little used area. this is why it is very difficult to lose fat in this area.
