According to Paracelsus, gnomes were one of four types of elemental spirits that inhabited the natural world, along with undines (water spirits), sylphs (air spirits), and salamanders (fire spirits). He believed that gnomes were responsible for the growth and vitality of plants and crops, and that they could be called upon to aid in the healing of humans.

Paracelsus worked with gnomes through the practice of alchemy, which he believed could transform base metals into gold and cure diseases through the use of natural remedies. He believed that gnomes could help alchemists in their work by providing them with secret knowledge and assisting them in finding the right plants and minerals to use in their remedies.

To communicate with gnomes, Paracelsus would use a process called scrying, in which he would gaze into a reflective surface, such as a mirror or a bowl of water, and focus his thoughts on the spirit world. He believed that through scrying, he could enter into a dialogue with gnomes and other elemental spirits, and gain insight into their secrets and wisdom.

In summary, Paracelsus believed in the existence of gnomes as elemental spirits that could be called upon to aid in the healing of humans and assist in the practice of alchemy. I have to say, the grounding capability of these gnomes is reason enough to get this NFT.

I’ve asked my guy, Clé, to run regular checks on my energy throughout the day and ground me as needed and I haven’t had to listen to automated grounding once since. I used to need it at minimum 5 times a day, sometimes much more. I still do real grounding because it just feels so good, but this guy really keeps me in good shape.

There are times when I do feel my energy getting a bit overloaded and I assume it’s in between his grounding check-in times when he’s just taking care of the plants or running health checks on my cats or whatever else he gets up to in his free time. If that happens, I just ask him to give me some grounding real quick and then he can get back to whatever he was doing - I nearly always feel it physically on the soles on my feet during those times and I’m usually all balanced out within 5-7minutes.

I’ve also asked him to use his knowledge of medicinal herbs along with any knowledge on potion making that he has to charge some water with a healthy, relaxing blend of energies and it produces a feeling somewhere between chamomile tea and red wine. Very soothing.

Wish I had more time in my schedule to work with him, but I’m very excited to see how else he and I can work together!
