The Height Booster 2.0

I’ve listened to it for a while and it truly did increase my height but when I stopped listening it shrunk me right back to my original height, how do I solve this problem?

Maybe I’m missing something here. You see, since listening to it produced results that you’re wanting, my logic says to me, “go back to doing the thing that produced the results that you’re wanting…?” And I know you’re smart. I’m sure you’d figured that out for yourself already. So, what am I missing?

For permanent results (with the audios that can be permanent like this one )you gotta keep listening to the audio x at least a year to 1.5 months

I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to listen only until you get the results you want and stop.
It’s already permanent and if you keep listening, you’ll keep growing.

So the plan is to grow past what you want so that you can shrink and still keep some height ?
Aren’t we talking bone and muscle ?

It is permanent, that’s why there are so many warnings.
Didn’t you just damage your back ? A little spine buster might help.
Is your measuring technique the same and accurate ?

Few cm increase happens by posture correction . That can fluctuate.

  1. Make sure height is measured same time in the day, best in the morning after waking up from a lying down position, height tends to go down after gravity exerts on the spine.

  2. Posture. Check your posture. Use spinal tapper to help decompress the stress incurred throughout the day between the discs.

  3. Nutrient deficiency - this one is less likely if you’re younger.

Damn I’m also listening to that field
Now I want to know if the results actually show and are permanent, or am I just wasting my time :skull:

But if you’re really worried about it, just keep listening to the field.

Or you can stop listening to the field and see what happens for you. In the odd event that you might shrink, you can simply resume listening to the field that produced your growth in the first place.

I also noted that after stop listening, my height returned to what it was previously. Although the speed of the gains is probably the fastest of all height booster audios I’ve heard so far, it seems they aren’t permanent.
I would say this happens because the “mechanic” of this audio target the cartilages(Chondrocyte) between the bones, not the bone itself, thus they are more prone to shrink. Remember cartilage is almost an elastic tissue.

That’s the trick of this frequency.

You know now that you mentioned it, I actually had the same experience, I’ve played this audio on and off and I definitely get taller but then I switch to something else and a couple of weeks down the road I go back to my original height.

I mean he specifically stated it’s experimental… he didn’t say it was guaranteed.

No, you’d only have to listen for as long as you’d like to keep your results. It’s like my dentist says, “You don’t have to floss all your teeth. Just the ones you want to keep.”

Or, if that’s unacceptable to you, then you can use the other options that are available to you. Oh, wait…

I had the Same experience

I grew 1 Inch but after stopped listening i went back to my original hight
I even did not measure at home but AS i went to physician and i wondered why this happened because he took note of It and me too

Does anyone know if we can listen to this while NOT laying in bed?

Or it doesn’t matter, so we can listen to it while staying on our feet or perhaps even while exercising?

I did grow 2 centimeters with this (maybe just a little bit over 2 cm, as a 31 years old!!) and a few other fields and subs, including HGH, but I have not seen improvements in months, although I didn’t listen daily in the last few months and started listening often only recently; also, I think that having enough or a little bit more Calcium might play a role in growing taller right?

So, maybe above 1000mg of daily Calcium intake, let’s say 1200-1500 mg ideally, should help us see (better) results, from this field and from other growth fields (?).
