I myself just started using it again, this morning. Feeling good. determined. Not sure why I had stopped using this months ago…

I definitely feel the knight-mindset right away. Not so sure about the holy light features… I wish there was a simple exercise I could practice/test the holy light features. Anyone has any ideas?
