It seems like New Release: A MINOR BLUEPRINT OF POWER (MBoP) could help with developing the three Dantiens pretty fast, if I am not mistaken. Not sure if there are any other fields, which assist in developing all 3 Dantiens and if yes, how to best combine them with MBoP.

That one looks incredibly promising indeed. To quote the Maestro once again (or Mao-stro… ok that one was too cheap lol), here are some guidelines from him I’ve been using so far:

The Tree Treasures - Jing, Qi and Shen, are varied expressions of the same Dao. They can be considered, in an over-simplified way, to represent the Body (Jing), Mind (Qi) and Spirit (Shen).

The steps of Alchemy (postnatal) involve reversing the transformation of Dao (highest vibration, most subtle) to Jing (lowest vibration, gross).

1. Jing → Qi: Jing is primarily represented by the creative essence in semen/ovaries. This, through practices of alchemy, is “warmed” in Lower Dantien to transform into Energy or Qi, just like you heat ice to convert it to water.
2. Qi → Shen: Qi is further converted to Shen in the Middle Dantien, similar to water being converted to steam.
3. Shen → Wuji: Shen is processed in the Upper Dantien to transform to Wuji, which represents a timeless, still energetic space field of energy. This is similar to steam dissipating into the space.
4. Wuji → Dao: In the final stage, when Wuji is sustained, it re-connects with Dao or the Divine, where there is no duality of any kind.

The lower Dantien or the Core Energy would be the one to go with, if you had to pick one. If the Core is strong, others are positively impacted as well. That was the only one Dream originally intended to make (is what I could sense from his comments).

I still use the oldest Internal Alchemy Series (Patreon and Gumroad), coupled with the more recent Transmutation and Microcosmic in Energetic Alchemy.

And I decided to go for only the Soul/Core field after Maoshan’s input above.

Does it apply to Crucible too, that listening to New release : The Plasma Light and Infrasound Bioactive Beach once before listening to Crucible would enhance what Crucible is doing?

I used to do that, yes.

And it seems like doing some kind of pranayama while listening to the Crucible field would be a good enhancement. I wonder which pranayama(s) are recommended to be done while listening to Crucible?

I wonder as well. I mean there’s a plethora of indications even only on the forum but I’m still at the “put this up together” phase lol
