The Intestinal Cleanser

This one has literally cured my IBS. I used it very cleverly after buying it. I try drinking hot water with turmeric/black pepper 30 mins before this audio.

I also donā€™t notice a bit difference but like Luna, I eat almost vegan these days with lots and lots of fiber, hardly anything processed šŸ¤·
(Until things open back up lol)

Buddy, I am normally fine, 2 or 3 times per day visit washroom.
By listening to this , wanted to cleanse all the junk which stuck there and was expecting after listening to have urge to visit washroom, or have diarrhea and visit washroom multiple times. But this has not happened.
For me with listening to this is the same as my normal routine.

Buddy, youā€™re not alone in not noticing a huge change - and 2-3 times a day is a lot anyway, more than most people.

Its individual how the fields work for each person, a gradual cleanse is better and less demanding than a sudden huge one.

Everyone is different, however if your approach to the bathroom doesnā€™t change much, go ahead, even if listening once a day might be enough

This is giving me a really strong heart burn and burning sensation in my stomach. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hmm, I havenā€™t. Only notice softer stools? I guess.

Though when do you think is the best time to use it? After food?

Been feeling very fatigued from some nasty foods Iā€™ve been eating all the time, could this help with stomach aches thinking of buying it

before purchasing this, i would suggest to introduce more healthier food alternatives.

i would start with more fruits and veggies.

i wouldnā€™t want to shock my system with a flush and have nothing change about my diet.

allow your body time to adjust. sapien medicineā€™s morphic fields are powerful but for everyone the reaction is different and i wouldnā€™t want others to feel more discomfort than they need to experience.

Yeah its just my mother she works early sometimes and i have no choice but to eat at school whatever is outside and school lunch in USA is kind of terrible haha but at least i got food.
Also I have a holiday this week where im not supposed to eat meat so I havenā€™t aten meat at all
Edit: Not even 4 minutes in and I gotta take a piss, I feel so much lighter now!
Stomach pain is going crazy right now but I do feel alot lighter

i work with teens here in the US of any income status and we provide them with fresh fruits and veggies (yes we also provide them with comfort foods).

fruits and veggies are very affordable and can provide the feeling of fullness.

you can always reach out to your student counselor or research if there are youth programs you can attend for socialization and free food.

itā€™s great that the morphic field works with you, but i would like to emphasize that the underlying situation needs to get addressed with an awareness of oneā€™s diet.

You can also check out some meal prep stuff on YouTube, Iā€™m not saying to switch completely or anything like thatā€¦ but for example when I was a broke student I had overnight oats all the time.
All you need is a jar/container to carry it, oats (super cheap), something like the high protein/low fat Greek yoghurt, a handful of fruits or a banana etc. Some cinnamon and sweetener, or whatever you have at home and whatever you like.
There are a lot of recipe ideas online, you can mix it together in the evening and just pick it up from the fridge in the morning, itā€™s easy, healthy and nutritious ;)

i loooove oats! theyā€™re the best side dish for fruits lol.

my parents actually opened my eyes to the fact that they used oats as a substitute for meat back when they were younger and couldnā€™t afford meat. it feels so switched now!

i even mixed it with more savoury foods like sausages (vegan) and it tasted great as the oats soaked up its flavours!

It is SO EASY to make a quick breakfast. EGGS! U can make scrambled eggs in under 5 min.
Hard boil a dozen eggs and have breakfast all week.
Soft boiled eggs. Toast some bread/bagel, add butter or cheese. Add tomato (or any other veggie)
Yogurt/cottage cheese and fruit. An 8 yr. old can learn to do this. Very basic.
5 min. oats. (oatmeal)
Peanut butter sandwitch.
Tuna fish salad
