I used it twice today as instructed in the description. But it made no difference apart from having little sensation in my stomach.
Before playing this … I played subconscious limits dissolver x 2, energy blockage remover x1, PMHC x 2. Then I drank warm water and played this field twice. But nothing different than my normal routine happened
Just because you don’t have any urgent reactions doesn’t mean it’s not working. If this is the first time you listen to it it can take a few listens more before you’ll have that. If you’ll have any.
I never had any urgent reactions to this either despite life long issues with my digestion system.

If I am remembering correctly, then I’m going to politely suggest that looping this more might not be the best approach for Lanos.
Yes @WellBeing … you are spot on … I am the same person who gets overwhelmed with using too much fields … so I won’t over do it for sure … I would better go with one or two runs every day or alternate days and observe over a period of time. Thanks for the consideration
It feels a lot after the first use, and it still works after normal use. Give it some time to increase intestinal healing.

To add to the other recommendations, you might have to increase the amount of water you’re drinking. For some (lucky) people it’s as simple as that.
Salt water cleanses can really help. Trying that alongside this field might do the trick.

Bcs it maybe clear out wall first so sized fecal can get out i think ,I also listen to it many times and don’t have urge to go to bathroom ,but one thing is i feel ah little bit lighter
