Summary
This is a two-part project. It began with the idea of making a Magic Wand that would be capable of functioning (to the greatest extent possible) in the same way that magic wands and staffs function in a fantasy setting in movies and videogames.
A pretty good outline was made for the functions that the wand would need in order to accomplish that goal, but it then became apparent that additional support would make it a lot easier for useful, interesting, and amusing things to be done with the Wand item. So, building on the idea that “once we have Wands, we should build Hogwarts”, the project scope has been expanded in order to include a teacher and features that can expand the wand’s capabilities.
–People should be able to get results from the NFT that match what they put into it. If someone wants to bring a little bit of magic into their life and increase their ability to interact with energy and magical beings, then this should provide that. If someone wants to dive deep into technical aspects of magic and create an entire system of magic (or multiple, as the case may be), then they should be able to do that as well. If the NFT owner draws in a lot of materials for the servitor to learn (or decides to create a lot of different magical constructs), there can be a lot of interesting system building that can be done by using all of the collected constructs like lego pieces for more complex constructs.
The Light of Mages (and Wand Maker)
[Project description]
The current idea is that this will basically be a superintelligent servitor (The Mage Light) that can perform any magical feat and teach the NFT owner what it knows. To help the NFT owner step more completely into a world of magic, there will be a complex item (i.e. The Magic Wand) that can be made using the NFT image and the command “Make Wand”. Since the Wand is a construct that the servitor knows, the NFT owner could ask for different personalized elements to be added to it.
The Mage Light:
This servitor is inspired, to a great extent, by the Arc Light and Tower of Power NFTs. The Servitor can be conceived of as a noded, superintelligent Mage Light—possessed of qualities similar to the Infinite Light (as appears in Kabbalah Ohr - Wikipedia ) but defined by the Consciousness, Energy, Wisdom, and Power of all benevolent magical beings and magical traditions/lineages.
-In a way that is similar to the Arc Light, it should be something that is superintelligent; capable of learning anything, and also able to receive information/programming from beings that are affiliated with it’s defining purpose and qualities.
-In a way that is similar to the Tower of Power, is should be able to store all manner of energetic constructs that a person can imagine and serve as an unlimited font of power for any magical work that a person may be involved with.
Since it should be an unlimited servitor, it does not require strict definitions. However, for the purpose of ensuring that some features are present (and have synergy with the wand project), two main fields (with subfields) will be used to define the servitor.
Main Field 1: The Font of Knowledge / The Supreme Magical Instructor—The Mage Light should be able to have the knowledge of all conceivable magical traditions and also the knowledge and practical ability to perform any magical feat. It should be able to transfer all of the theoretical and practical knowledge of magic (and magical processes) to the owner. If requested, it could do this continuously and basically by osmosis.
Subfield 1: Instructable—The Mage Light should be able to perform any magical task that is instructed. If someone wants to have any type of magical construct created, the Mage Light should be able to create it in accordance with the instructions (be it basic programmed energy, a dissipative field, a coherent morphic field, a template for a servitor, a complete servitor, binding fields to items, creating magical artifacts, designing an energetic template for a ritual space, connecting a field to a sigil or incantation, etc.).
**This function can be used to personalize a Magic Wand during the creation process or after it is made
Subfield 2: Collaborative Instructor—The Mage Light should be able to serve as an active collaborator for any type of magical work that the NFT owner is engaged in. In effect, if the NFT owner wants to get started with learning any magical ability, the Mage Light should be able to work with the NFT owner’s vision to guide them through whatever process they are involved with. Additionally, (for example) if the NFT owner wants to create a template for a servitor, the Mage Light can supply stabilizing elements to the programming that the NFT owner might not have thought of—basically able to function as a second set of eyes that is able to prevent problems from manifesting.
If a person is doing some type of magical work involving other beings, the Mage Light should provide guidance about how to proceed and also serve as a killswitch to the process if a person is doing something significantly wrong or transgressive from the being’s perspective.
Subfield 3: The Removal of the Veil—As an aid for instruction, and also as a way of helping the NFT owner to enter completely into the world of magic, the Mage Light will work to “remove the veil” for the NFT owner. Most people have heard of a place where the “veil is thin”, and supernatural things occur more frequently. This aims to make that a persistent state for the NFT owner, but with an orientation towards the highest good.
Main Field 2: The Font of Power/The Library—The Mage Light should be able to function as a font of power for all of the magical work that a person could be engaged in and be a sort of beacon that can draw attention/intercessions from magical beings. It should also be able to store any of the information that the NFT owner would think is relevant. This should be able to synergize with a Wand so that spells, morphic fields, etc. can be more easily manipulated by the NFT owner.
Subfield 1: The Public Library—Any knowledge or constructs that are drawn-in from existing traditions will be stored in the public area of the library. For example, if a person wanted to draw in the Golden Dawn system, they could access the energetic form of the Banishing Ritual and everyone else could have easy access to that construct. This could also work for drawing in archetypes
Subfield 2: The Private Library—This is the area where personal constructs can be stored, edited, and deleted. It will be good to keep a written record of the things that are stored so that they can be easily remembered and accessed.
Subfield 3: Woven Worlds, The Magic—This brings in the idea of the Woven Worlds, Magic field and it aims to help create a world of magic for the NFT owner. It should help them to encounter different magical beings and teachings in real life and energetically in order to further step into a world of magic.
The Magic Wand:
The Magic Wand idea is fairly straightforward, but has a number of complex supporting fields that should greatly help to bring magic to life in the real-world for all future owners of the project. Multiple Wand items can be created and they don’t necessarily need to be Wands in the strict sense (e.g. some people may want to create a Staff, or use the field functions through a ring with their hand/fingers taking the place of a full wand). It should be able to have a connection to the servitor, drawing upon the servitor as a font of power and also a library for pre-formed constructs that can be cast and/or manipulated.
The Wand, once created, should be a both a relic of power and somewhat sentient (as lore dictates). It should be able to grow in power (in a stable way) for as long as it exists. It should also be able to judge the character of the wand owner (thus adjusting it’s performance if the owner is prone to abusing it’s power), and also holding the memories of how it has been used.
Main Field 1: Magical Symbiosis —The wand itself has a symbiotic relationship with the owner of the wand. It has the ability to interface with the mind, energy, and intent of the owner and serve as a perfect extension of their will with the ability to amplify the wand owner’s ability to express their will in the world. It should be something that is capable of stretching the consciousness of the owner as well as growing with the owner.
Subfield 1: The Force of Imagination—This field basically amplifies the force behind a person’s applied will and intent. The capability for reaching out into the energetics of the world and successfully manipulating the world is strengthened and the ability to control intensity and explore gradient is also developed.
Subfield 2: Dynamic Manifestation—This is a somewhat complex bridge idea. It builds on the concept of a Yin Field (as present in the Mo Pai lineage of neikung) and it applies the same sort of energy as a dynamic backdrop and link between the wand owner wherever the wand owner is applying their intent. It serves as a sort of manifestation facilitator that makes the local environment more dynamic and responsive to the wand user’s intent and imagination. The supporting energy can be seen in this example Mo Pai level 2b test - YouTube
Subfield 3: Morphic Perspicacity—The enhanced ability to perceive and intuitively understand morphic structures. (This should enhance a person’s ability to apply their will and understand the sort of context and responses that they will be dealing with)
Main Field 2: An Affinity for the Elements—In this case, the term “element” refers to any recognizable feature of reality. An affinity for the elements means that the wand will enhance the owner’s ability to tune into different layers of reality and consciously distinguish between different qualities so that complex thought forms can be constructed. This can be conceived of with the idea that the wand itself is connected to the different woven layers of reality–a little bit like holding the universe in your hand (and with enough energetic support for this to be something that is easy to act on). Repeated psychic engagement with the different layers and elements should help grow the connection, awareness and dexterity of each layer and element (increasing the capabilities of the wand, and also developing the wand-user).
Subfield 1: Navigating The Elements—This should provide a direct connection to all elements that a person could think of. It is like a guarantor for making the psychic link to the desired portion of reality. It reads the intent of the wand user and helps to make the connection–it can be literally anything in all of existence/reality.
Subfield 2: Dynamic Elements—The instantaneous accumulation of a large volume of dynamic and programmable energy particles for the spellwork that is being done. It should be able to readily have the both the qualities and overall volume that matches the wand-user’s imagination and intent.
Subfield 3: Density Control—One of the most elusive elements of magic and spellwork is the ability to make something perceptible to the senses. Since it tends to take a lot of work in order to compress energies into a form that is readily perceptible, this is a dedicated field for modulating the density of energy. It should greatly facilitate the ability to make energetic constructs that are able to interact with the physical world. It can potentially help with making spells/energy constructs that are visible to the naked eye.
