True story about this one: my elderly father, who lovingly calls everything outside engineering, politics, IT and business “woo woo”, always has a very strong reaction to this. “Why do I feel so hot? Is it hot inside, Onwards? I feel really, really hot for some reason. Do you?”
He also says it feels like something inside starts “flowing more freely”. I don’t get those sensations but can tell the difference when I don’t listent to this regularly. Things get more heavy and stagnant.
