The Manhattan Method

Superhuman genius before manhattan you should be good.

You can do some brain cleansing as well before the actual stack. Isirb longevity, adhd field ( plaque removal portion is why I suggest this). Alzheimer’s which is a detox and then brain regeneration with some omega 3 supplements. That’s the warm up.

Then like @NotUsing1 said SHG should do you great before the MM. Personally I would hit up PBE still because of the articulation boost it gives me. Then MM. There’s other combinations but that’s all I can think of rn.

Keep using PBE. Because it works on abstract thinking areas, long term memory, and brocha’s and wernicke’s area. It should help a lot.

Meaning Manhattan Method along with PBE still. But Manhattan Method solos pbe low diff.

Will this improve emotional intelligence (EQ) also and not just IQ ?

If so, i believe it will be good for our relationships to other people and especially to women.

Emotional intelligence is very important.

Not sure as it wasn’t implied maybe Philip will answer, but wholistic thinking will.

Also remember if you’re gonna loop use autism field, brain regeneration and grounding. There are 2 paid options to replace that but for now just experiment and let us know. Looping is considered more than 3x (meaning it might give side effects if not used alongside the aforementioned fields).

Giving this 10 hours today. Can’t wait.

Quick results. I have both a 96 and a 94 in both of my psychology classes despite never studying. If I paid more attention in class and didn’t turn in a few lousy homework assignments I’m sure the grades would be higher. :skull:

Wrote a 10-page essay for one of the hardest graders I’ve ever seen, while in the airport the day after grieving the loss of my grandfather. It only took me about 1 hour, and I didn’t study the topic beforehand. (I never study lol, I should though.) But I got a 100% on it without even trying. There was no “plan” I just started typing and boom done. I’ve always been a fast typer, but the concepts that I’ve learned and developed over the last 2 months and literal days of looping… I can’t even begin to explain how much easier college has become lol.

The best part is, I haven’t even done more than 20% of any other brain field so I know there’s much more to come for me. I know there’s a lot more for everyone else as well. The ability to continue expanding is brilliant and contagious. Thanks, brainiacs for the quick surges in motivation to keep frying my brain lol.

I’m sure the results are from all of my fields, but this is the one I’ve given 120+ hours.

I have a new born baby … 3 days old now … Wondering if I can keep continuing listening to brain fields via headphone only or I should need to go another room to listen. @anon61582445 , @Dreamweaver , @SammyG , I will be glad if you guus answer this. I do not want to listen to fields if it is not safe for newborns. Thanks.

@jonathan4all
Congratulations :champagne:
It shouldn’t affect he/her, but at this age, I would go for overkill safety, I recommend that you listen at a distance.

There’s something about this music in this field that is so magical. It’s like a gravitating symphony that pulls you in to the collective group of multiple intelligent or soon to be abstract thinkers. It’s like being chosen on the playground of intelligence comrardery rather than being picked by classmates in the elementary school sports team. I wonder if we’re the ones giving each other that hand as the field keeps learning us. It just feels uniting that’s all. 90% of the people I talk to on the forum came from this thread.

Maybe I’m saying a bunch of jibberish.

You’ve motivated me to do some looping of this field. I’ve been using 5x a day in a stack since release, but time for some pushing…

That’s still pretty nice lol, you got a big head start on me. I’ve played it some 10-15 hour days, and today I played it like 5 hours. But there is soooo much room for growth lol. I’m nowhere near done with it.

Throw in some torsion and plasma if you’re looking to accelerate your results as well.

Not going to lie, this is my favorite brain field ever. I think I’m going insane. Every time I play this field there’s a slight chunk of genius being applied onto each section of my brain. I feel my parietal lobes more than in my prefrontal. (Maybe my prefrontal is used to getting smacked around after all those other brain fields that compound it lol.)

My results are:

A huge jump in working memory. Today I was reading license plates, 2 at a time, and then looking away, reading street names, store names, and then repeating those license plates back to myself before checking if they were accurate. This is a “fun game” that I do now in order to test my working and short term memory. This may be many fields, but as I always say, I’ve used this the most. I remember 2-3 months ago reading one license plate and holding it in could be a challenge.

Another result is that I do not try at all in class. I literally do not care yet get easy A’s. I’ve challenged my professors views on various topics of intelligence. When they read my essays (that have been written in like 10 minutes.) they always talk about how interesting and informative they are. I believe I stated earlier that I wrote a whole a 9 page essay in 1 hour at the airport while off like 5 hours of sleep. This is nothing to me bro. I really do this. We really do this. We’re gonna expand to the maximum.

Based on 37 neuroimaging studies, Jung and Haier (2007) put forward that in particular the structure of frontal Brodmann areas 10, 45–47, parietal areas 39 and 40, and temporal area 21 (positively contribute to IQ scores) (Jung and Haier, 2007).

You’re literally feeling some increase in IQ there, lol.
