Unless people are working specifically with this NFT it might be harder to know which one or ones might be the catalyst for a manifestation. I forgot it had an audio, so I think now is a good time to use it. :slight_smile: Also her mandala is on the wall in front of me = convenient! Her mandala always fascinated me. Is she a firebird? Definitely has red feathers, and appears to be in mid-morph

what if i have constant negative imagery in my mind while i listen due to fear or hate or anger or trauma or just normal white noises but the visualization (as mentioned that visual processing will be enhanced) is so clear that i dont know… if i manifest something very negative. is there a protection for that ?
i tend to get super angry at some people (SOMETIMES MY OWN OLD DEPENDENT PARENTS) YES YOU GUYS HEARD IT RIGHT… SOMETIMES MY OWN OLD DEPENDENT PARENTS at some times (thats my nature) and very negative and harming imagery start to rotate in my head.
what if i manifest something negative ? i fear that.

also, is there any guide or workbook as to how to use this field in daily life ? also if i have less time from my job (i work 2 jobs so thats 14 hrs a day), does this help in automated manifestations casually if i dont dedicated time consciously and effort takingly ?

also, if i loop the audio overnight and i have viviv dreams (which i do since 2018-19) i have very deep sleep lol after getting tired from my 14 hour 2 shift jobs LOL, will those vivid dreams manifest too ? I SOMETIMES HAVE NIGHTMARES AND BAD DREAMS TOO LOL.
I will be so grateful if please somebody with experience to this if would care to answer these questions of mine. Thanks again for the attention and help.
