The hair protections for this had really made my hair stronger! Like really stronger. Looks and feels a whole lot more healthier and it’s growing better in spots where it was lacking.
Also I believe this has been given me more strengthen in my lower half. Even though I’ve gained a good bit of weight it doesn’t feel like I’ve gotten slower but faster .
