My muscles are bigger and I do not work out at all. I don’t even use the audio, I only visualize the mandala and ask it do to a specific workout like “do 100 pushups” or “300 crunches” and I’ll immediately feel my muscles in that area activate and pulse. The other day I said “simulate a 5 mile run” and my body was all hot and I was very tired. Last week when I started using it, I was so exhausted because I didn’t realize I kept experimenting with all these little workouts, forgetting that my body was really being worked out by the field.
It’s so easy to just say that you go on about your business and forget that you’re also in the gym this field is providing.
I have to make sure to get extra protein so that my body can handle what I’m asking the field to do.
I like the fact I don’t have to use the audio, even though there is one. You can get super creative with what you want the field to do and it will do it. I even asked it to work out muscles on my face and it firmed up my face. I asked it to stimulate my scalp muscles for blood flow and hair growth on the scalp and it did all of that.
It really can do anything you can think of. I keep on doing more experiments and it has done everything with no need for audio.
Do i need to specify the weights im using on compound movements?
Lets say, i want to do deadlifts?
You can or you can let the field figure it out for you. You can get as specific and detailed with the kind of workout you want to do and it will understand.
Another cool thing is you can sleep while you work out. I’ve set an intention of 300 crunches and 300 pull-ups and then went to sleep. Woke up feeling a little heavy and my body in those areas tighter.
It’s-a crazy cheat code.

This has suddenly been working very good lately, im very tired after doing it for 2-3 listens.
Its like the Chamber has become stronger and I havent said any commands.
Is it possible that this also has knowledge embedded for tennis? I know it has everything for workouts but still wondering as I wouldn’t consider tennis a “workout” per se. Anyway, I feel like I have gotten noticably better after just four sessions!
