I have noticed I am more joyful since starting VoC. I do listen to it around 3-4 hours a day and sometimes I just leave it on over night because I forget it’s on. Results come faster when i don’t have 4 audios or more to listen to.

Yeah! That’s a good one. I notice when I don’t take my vitamin D for a few days, I start to get very low in mood.
