Man, using this at night really helps with brain key, but sometimes I feel very overwhelmed might need a break from fields for a few days just the brain, physical ones.

I’ve been listening to this for over a year and here’s what I have to say
Childlike Wonder
After listening for a while, I noticed I had a childlike wonder. For example when I was on a 2 hour train ride I didn’t need to go on my phone or use my laptop or anything, I literally could just sit there and have fun with my imagination similar to how I would ride the trains as a kid. This effect is super unexpected but super pleasant!
Happiness
I have noticed a boost in happiness with this. Of course I have ups and downs in life but in general I am more happy. This probably has something to do with healthier dopamine receptors but whatever the reason, I’m happy with this benefit (no pun intended)
Amazing brain stack complement
I’ve been using the Manhattan method + white matter + some other brain fields and I feel like one of the most important audios in my brain stack is this one. Thanks for your input on this hotdogduck! I’ve been using this audio for a while as well and feel good effects from it, notably a sense of clarity and refreshness as if my brains been rejuvenated. I was wondering if over time, the fields embed themselves into our system to the point where it works passively without us having to use it at all?

From my experience, I still have to listen, however overtime I need to listen less and less.
However, I do remember reading on this forum several times that there are ways to connect to fields without listening to them.
So to sum up, just simply listening to fields won’t permanently embed them into our system, but with active work + the right techniques it may not be necessary to listen to a field either.
(Btw I have zero practice with connecting to fields without listening other than NFT’S so I could be COMPLETELY mistaken

Haha thanks alot! Just thinkin how to shorten the whole process so I don’t listen to an hours worth of audio whenever I wake up I’ve heard the tower of power NFT can actually store played fields, which is pretty mindblowing as you could potentially activate entire playlists on command just through using it.
I also had another question! I downloaded plasma brain of youth on my twin brothers computer through my account so he could listen to it for benefits as well! Would this field share work for sibling’s?
