Itās negentropic, so probably! I looped for about an hour, then stopped. I think after 2-3 listens I started to feel very warm. So just listen to your body and do what feels best to you.
Muscle recovery is so awesome. I used it 4x after gym today. Soreness completely gone. With the previous one, there was still some soreness left but this one is just magical.
YESSSS, day 5 of leg day and zero soreness. Today would be my last day before actually giving them a break and giving upper body some love.
I wonder what people at the gym whoāve seen me train leg for the past 4 days think is up with me.

So the first day the audio came out I wasnāt playing any audio so I took the time to just loop it for idk 2 hours (music too good)
but yesterday after the gym I probably looped it for 40 mins? I donāt know how 2-3 times wouldāve affected me but since I was super sore on day 2 i thought Iāll spam it a bit since Iām not resting my legs.
(Iām not saying you need to loop it for that long to see those results, Iām just been training my legs for several days now and would need them to be at 100% the following day. )
im gonna do legs 7 days straight and loop for like 1-2 hours a day lets see how it goes

only issue now is that iām not training upper bodyā¦ Perhaps Iāll need to use the tools i got and use the automated upper body workout

Iām trying to put #teamsapien on the map LOL, Nah jokes aside (well probably not a joke), Iām training for Hyperplasia (more muscle cells opposed to muscle size which would be hypertrophy)
Iām doing this cause I want to take running serious after yearās of being called out for my speed. More cells (fast twitch) would theoretically mean faster. Dream confirmed with me that using the androgen and following a routine that works hyperplasia would increase the cell count.
The biggest physical decline? it isnt losing strength or muscle
it is slower recovery

Yeaā¦ I think the break helps your nervous system. Not so sure tho, but if u really sleeping deeply for enough hours then maybe u donāt need a break. Cause sleep empowers the nervous system
It would be clutch to get super nervous system booster field if thatās possible lol I know Iām kinda reaching @El_Capitan_Nemo has done so much for us. I just looked through the patreon. Nerve growth factor could be great for the nervous system
as of right now Iāve been feeling great Getting at least 7 hours of sleep most of It is deep sleep. I tend to knock out within 4 mins after laying in bed (truly a dream :D), running on the treadmill seems to require less power (at max sleep 12MPH) doing my heavy moves, and still feeling great. Not tired or any decreased strength.
Ahh right! in that case, Plasma Protocol 1 (Bone, Muscle nervous system and joints) would help with this.

I was on playground duty at school yesterday, and thereās this cool thing they have where a tube runs underground and the two ends come up about 5 metres apart and the kids can talk to each other.
So I had muscle recovery playing on my phone speaker while I was on duty and when Iād walk past I played it on one end and a group of kids listened on the other giggling lol
