After 36 hour calls (back to back without sleep), my entire body usually gets extremely sore and worn out. I usually don’t recover until 2 to 3 days later. I was having so much ache this morning and just didnt feel like moving at all. I saw this release and was surprised, almost as if captain anticipated this 
Played it 3x, all soreness disappeared, body feels lighter. Feeling sooooo much better. Going to play this after work every single day.

The auto mewing is really powerful. After just one listen I could feel it moving my tongue and jaw to a more natural and relaxed position. As someone who holds tension in my jaw, this feels amazing.

Actually yeah. I listened for an hour or so yesterday and my farmer’s tan is starting to even out. Also my feet never get sun (strict sock tan line), and I notice them darkening slightly.
