Side note on casually playing plasma.

I swapped out my phone background to the Higher Self mandala a few days ago and my thought patterns are completely different when playing plasma.

It gives a feel of “let it flow where it needs to go” and get out of the way.

Completely different experience from when I’ve used the mandala in times past.

It’s a pretty powerful combo for casual “background noise” when you want to keep fueling momentum, but don’t want to actively go 100 mph.

Hey guys can the plasma protocol help me regenerate my nerves (neuropathy) and will it help me gain more weight, I always struggled with gaining weight and never really found the underlying solution, but I’m pretty sure it’s because of insulin resistance. Constant high blood sugar levels damaged the nerve endings on my scalp and I can’t sweat from my scalp because of the damaged sweat glands.

A feeling of being compressed. Like some heat waves were pressing down on me.

Some vibration in the abdomen.

Some electrical tingling around me left cheek bone. Later the same around my right cheek bone.

Some anger coming out. Stuff needing to leave

Yes. Plasma is healthy but i think i often feel angry with Plasma things.
