60 mins morning meditation

Some pain in the back of my neck and upper shoulders.
I felt some tingling between eyebrows for a short time.
There were a few moments of stillness when my head dropped down.

I’ve only tried 3-5 mins. of Plasma before another field but never simulateneously.

So I just did a little experimenting of my own. I’m still full from tonight’s seafood pasta and felt a little bit of discomfort TBH. I played Plasma on the tv and Stomach Shrinking and Toning on my phone.

ETA because I forgot: I definitely feel some relief from my meal. The feeling of fullness has gone down. I’ll be trying this with other audios. Thanks again!

so there’s no issue with playing plasma + any field simultaneously as i thought that playing two fields at the same time would make them ineffective. but this might not be the case with plasma?

I would say ‘no’ a general rule.

Let each field do it’s individual thing.

But also, don’t be afraid to experiment and go with your gut. I was building up to Plasma alone for a few hours a day in chunks before I started “plasmafying” things simultaneously.

If you feel nauseous or overwhelmed, then back off a bit.

If you feel good, then full steam ahead.

I was just wondering the same thing, if plasma is one of those fields that can be played alongside any other field, I’m sure @_OM or @Maoshan_Wanderer could chime in on this

This is my opinion, so I don’t claim this to be the absolute truth, writing it here in case some folks resonate with it.

There is a general guideline by the Sapien Team, to listen to one audio at a time. Now, listening to multiple audios may work and even be effective for some folks - but that would depend on (a) the person listening - an energetically advanced person may be ok, but that is not to say this may work for everyone else (b) the specific audios being combined.

Some fields may be too intense when combined with other fields unless one really knows what he/she is doing. So, it is hard to say what combination works well and for which person :slight_smile:

So i tried plasma plus the automated workout audio, and yeah i found it really intense lol , i felt like the workout field was amplified a couple of times, and it was the first time that the automated workout tires me this much.

I’ll try and use this with some healing ones and see how it goes. Also, is it okay to use this and cosmo volt, since i think i saw a reply which said it may not be favorable or something like that I’m not sure

P.S: Cosmo volt alone is an astounding field but just a thought :)

You can also play plasma while you do the actual physical workout if you don’t want to listen to 2 fields :grin:
I either do that or the metabolism boost while working out.

Another experiment: Plasma light + Automated Gluteal workout while doing single-leg deadlifts

It was intense! I usually don’t get sore until after a few hours or the next day, but now I can feel the activation in my glutes and lower back so strongly. Next time I’ll try this with hip thrusts. :smirk:

If you’re getting sore, add the antioxidants field and a stem cell audio. Works pretty well. There’s also a specific field for post-workout recovery :muscle:t3:

I only the use the After Workout field, but I’ve been meaning to use the Antioxidant one. I’ll try one fot stem cells too. :smiley:
