Cna you let me know which fields include plasma Light in them? Do they include the whole thing or just part of this field?

All the health aiming should be read with caution even if they dont have plasma in them, for majority the advice max to listen to is 2 or 3 more could be too much so if you add plasma its be overwhelming, if a field can be listened as much as we want or need Dream says it in the videoās description box and then those can add plasma

I sometimes wonder what this field do? Is this field for all problems in the body? And it will fix anything? I also heard it can even heal cancer and AIDS. Like whaat. If that so I might loop it. I usually just listen twice a day.
Looping Plasma light is not a good idea. It might overwhelm you. Always use grounding or Schumann resonance afterwards.

Donāt loop it, itās very demanding on the body, make sure to add Jing and also nutrition if you use it more.
Iāve looped it when I had an injury and a few times accidentally (overnight).
