Oh yeah bro, the outdoors bring the mind, body, and soul back into harmony so well.
I don’t stack it really. I used to play Negentropic Treasures daily with it, but lately I’ve just been carrying the mandala, letting it do it’s thing. Simplifying and cutting way down on fields has been a nice refresh.
I’ve noticed I have more than enough energy for getting through my day and practices, even if I was out late.
I hope you managed to snag it. It’s a real gem

I realized how important the breath really is.
They always make youtube videos about, esoteric lore in movie and tv shows.
But it really is everything. Everything is from your ability to breathe.
