Antarctica has had a secret base underground for hundreds of thousands of years initially created by the benevolent ET races who were in charge of creating life forms on this planet and monitor things. Then later when Reptilians were permitted, they took it over for a while and were the ones to help the Nazis in their wars. But of course when things escalated the atomic bombs were used this was where the benevolent ETs stepped in to stop the destruction of this planet.

The nazis then were guided by the reptilians to go to the Antarctic base to hideout along with the technology / goods they had until the war was settled.

Pietersite is great but “heavy” for me (for the moment), but when it comes to Quasi Crystal… Oye! It’s another equivalent of Tree Experience, on a different plane… I mean an almost all-in-one formula.

Hmm does pietersite make you feel tons of pressure in your head or solar plexus?

Also, I’m giving the tree experience a try later tonight! I know you always advocate it but I’m always swamped with so many other fields

As I wrote somewhere else, my new “mission” is to loop, one by one, the tracks on the Sacred Places albums, aka “alternate Alien intercessions”.

What I decided to do from now on is:

Epsilon -> Quasi Crystal -> X track from Sacred Places

Tried only once so far, so nothing much to say yet… but already felt as if “diving” much more instantly.

Awesome! You should try doing the star exercise before your meditations, I tried it for the Pegasus premier and I “dived” wayy better and they worked on me for some time

I can silence my mind of all thoughts pretty easily but meditating directly after the star exercise made the silence become more quiet, and my head felt like an empty cave, idk maybe it’s just me though haha

Biggest benefit for me was seeing the astral eyes closed but it doesnt seem to work without the IPF.

Its like you need the “3rd eye” open (ipf) AND have your physical energy centers connected with the etheric (pietersite)
