How has everyone gone about their listening schedule with this one? I don’t quite understand the directions - would this imply: 3x every second day for a fortnight, and then maybe 3x a week for maintenance following that?
“Use 2 to 3 times every other day” means you should use the audio two to three times, but not daily. Instead, use it on alternate days.
For example, if you start on Monday, you would use the audio 2 to 3 times that day, then skip Tuesday, and use it again on Wednesday 2 to 3 times. This pattern continues for a week or two.
After a week or two, the audio should not be used as frequently. At this point, you shift to a maintenance routine, which involves less frequent use, such as once or twice a week, to maintain the results / benefits.
